Terms
The agreement between you and Kaloozo FZ-LLC for using Write My Flow. Last updated 29 September 2026.
Who we are
Write My Flow is provided by Kaloozo FZ-LLC (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the apps or website, you agree to these terms. If you use Write My Flow for an organisation, you confirm you may accept them on its behalf.
Your account
You sign in with your email address. Keep access to that email secure — anyone who can read it can sign in. You are responsible for activity on your account, and you must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.
Free plan and trial
New accounts get a free trial of Pro with no card required; when it ends you move to the free plan, which includes a weekly word allowance. We may change the free allowance, and will say so on the pricing page before it takes effect.
Pro subscriptions
Pro is billed monthly or yearly and renews automatically until you cancel. Prices are shown before you pay and include or add tax as required where you live. One subscription unlocks Pro on every device you sign in to with the same account.
Where you pay, and how to cancel
If you subscribe in the iPhone app, Apple bills you and you manage or cancel in your Apple account settings; the same applies to Google Play on Android. If you subscribe on the web or from the desktop app, payment is processed by Stripe on our behalf and you can cancel from Manage subscription in the app or the link in your receipt. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
Refunds
Purchases through Apple or Google follow their refund policies — request refunds from them. For web purchases, contact support@kaloozo.com within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it if you have not substantially used the renewed period, or where the law gives you a right to a refund.
Your words
What you dictate is yours. We do not claim ownership of your content, and we only process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy policy. You are responsible for what you dictate and where you send it.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer it, no getting around plan limits, no reselling access, and no using it to break the law or harm others. We may suspend accounts that do.
The service
We work to keep Write My Flow available and accurate, but speech recognition and AI cleanup can make mistakes — check important text before you send it. Features may change as the product improves; we will not remove a paid feature you rely on without notice.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using Write My Flow and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend access if you seriously breach these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as liability) continue after the agreement ends.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; if a change materially affects you, we will tell you in the app or by email before it applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
